The Events Investment Fund (EIF) needed to find, identify and ultimately appoint an operator for a new high profile Conference and Exhibition Centre in Riyadh. They appointed IVM to manage the whole process.

IVM structured a thorough and detailed process and managed it every step of the way. Operators were supported in their response processes to make sure the final proposals were clear & concise.
Outcome:
The review concluded with two high quality companies short-listed and one now working on a preferred bidder basis.
