Guest Experience and Customer Service Project Management Oversight

Client need:

ADD Enterprise was appointed by the Ministry of Culture to deliver a 2 week Art Exhibition in Riyadh. ADD contracted IVM to oversee all Customer Engagement activity

What we did:

Two Senior IVM Associates joined the ADD management team to focus on:

  • Guest Experience outside the venue (transport and car parking) and
  • Customer Journey inside the venue

There was also a requirement to introduce global best practise to the project and detail international quality standard operating procedures
