Client need:
Parkwood Leisure (Operator of 84 Leisure Centres, 5 theatres and 6 golf courses across the UK) were re-structuring and wanted to increase the importance of marketing
What we did:
IVM provided an interim CMO to report directly into the CEO and help create and implement the Parkwood 2.0 strategy
IVM built a core marketing team, created a new infrastructure of required agency partners and wrote the recruitment brief for a new full-time CMO
Outcome:
The strategy was implemented, IVM oversaw a record of new January memberships and focused on the recruitment of a new CMO who is still there to this day
