The Jockey Club centralised all core back-office operations and created JCS to offer that expertise to other professional sports globally.
What we did:
IVM built the core business proposition and then took the JCS business to market through IVM’s core relationships across professional sport.
Focus included : Ticketing, Finance & Accounting, IT, Payroll, Loyalty, Capital Project Strategy, Procurement and Live Events
Outcome:
IVM delivered a portfolio of services to over 15 professional sports in the UK and to other equine organisations globally. The revenue is annuity based and has become a core Jockey Club business
