IInternational Venue Management (IVM), world leaders in venue management and operations, recently delivered the first webinar in a series of club engagement activities all focused on helping Rugby Clubs get more from their facilities. The IVM Associates were @RobQuick @AngusHouston and @AndrewKyle.Our thanks to all three for all the hard work spent preparing for this session. The response was positive and we thank all the clubs on the webinar for their time and significant contribution to the Q&A.
Over the next few months IVM, working directly on behalf of the RFU, will run a series of workshops and webinars for Clubs. In addition there will be a lot of 1-2-1 meetings with Clubs where helping get more from their bar, catering or just sweating the venue is clearly important. Everything we do is about driving revenue and driving profit.
The first webinar was staged at Harrogate RFC (@HarrogateRFC). Thanks to Aled Jones and the club for providing the facilities for us to deliver the inaugural event. Greatly appreciated.
